Allianz Global Investors Luxembourg S.A. was established on 21 April 1988 as an investment management company in the form of a société anonyme (joint-stock company) in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The Company's registered office is in Senningerberg, Luxembourg. It is a subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, which has its registered office in Frankfurt /Main, Germany.

As an investment management company, it is the Company's responsibility to create and maintain the prospectuses for the funds, to prepare the semi-annual and annual reports and to coordinate the operations of the parties involved in the funds. It also acts as the contact point for the custodians, auditors, supervisory authorities, promoters and third parties.

Acting as custodians for the various funds are a number of banks having their registered offices in Luxembourg. In addition to the primary custodian, State Street Bank Luxembourg S.A., RBC Dexia Investor Services Bank S.A. also performs custody operations on behalf of Allianz Global Investors Luxembourg S.A.. Since October 2008 RBC Dexia has also been acting as Registrar and Transfer Agent.

Allianz Global Investors Luxembourg S.A. has given high priority to protecting the interests of our investors. This includes exercising voting rights at the general meetings of companies whose shares are held in our funds. In this respect we generally act in accordance with the proposals of a highly regarded provider specialising in this field. It provides both the technical infrastructure and objective recommendations for exercising the voting rights.
